Freedom Planet 2 Review Freedom Planet 2 Storyįreedom Planet began as a Sonic the Hedgehog fangame before branching out into its own series and universe, developing its own gameplay personality along the way. I totaly don´t care about the move of the time at all and prefer to give the devs time to squish out any possible gamebreaking bug/glitch that could occur and then have a polished game instead of an horific game that is nearly unplayable on the release date.Welcome to the game review this is often more of an informational Post about all or any more details of the Freedom Planet 2 review and what we all know so far. or was it even next month? Like said i don´t remember the game anymore cus it was 1 or 2 years back when that happened and the community did go crazy about that move even when the reason was for "delivering quality over rushing". I don´t remember what game it was but i what i do remember is that the game set a relase date just to change it on the "actual release date" to the next week. I agreed with the original guy even saying I can wait I've got far too many other things to get through right now. ![]() I wasn't trying to read too hard into anything. You couldn't set it to TBD that part came through loud and clear. People read way too hard into things, imo.Īctually if you look back I understood that after your first time. ![]() Though I have a feeling it's because the testing mode is for some reason also the same category as allowing prepurchase (which is extra weird since that setting can only be set by Valve to begin with).īasically, the answer is we still do not have a date and there's literally no reason the date was set or changed that has anything to do with us. Trust me, not all developers have the same options in Steamworks.įrom what I can tell the only reason the date shifted at all is because we set the game into a testing mode as part of development, why that requires a date and why they set the one they did is beyond me. We can't set it to "TBD" as that's not an option for us. Anyway, like I was trying to say and have said multiple times now, the date isn't really something we can remove. The last person that suggested something sounded like it was good intentions, but I guess people forget context gets lost in when there is no emotion behind it. We can wait we get it, but if someone suggest something that doesn't mean impatient hell I barely check on this game from time to time at all. Who is "you guys"? That's an average user. Want to know what's crazy think most understand this, but you guys are in automatic defense mode each time. Have a nice day everyone and thank you to the devs for making a great game and still posting here, even though you pretty much have to repeat the same answer daily. I have news for you: This is not an insult and you have no such right. You guys make the impression, that Galaxy Trail not releasing the game when you want them to is a personal insult to you and robs you of your right to get everything you want exactly when you want it. The devs have said so numerous times, so take a hint already.Ģ. The game is done when it's done and that is when we will get a release date. ![]() Originally posted by Wasdukannst:I honestly don't understand why we apparently need a new thread on this every two weeks.ġ.
